We highly recommend this company. Ms Alice is very professional and the vehicles are always clean.
BP&L is such a blessing to our family. My mother is 90 and has dementia and she doesn’t drive anymore. Alice is so caring and compassionate to my mother. It was really hard to find a car service that would take the time to make my mother feel safe, well cared for and could deal with her walker. Alice always makes sure my mother is not rushed, can get in and out of the car safely and she even gets my mother inside to visits my sister in a nursing home. She is such a blessing to our family!
