My mom went in to pick up my nieces bike that was dropped off on Saturday for a simple maintenance as it’s a new bike and the training wheels and such needed adjusting. The man was completely rude to my mother, didn’t have paperwork for the bike. Was told to pick it up on Monday it’s Wednesday and they haven’t even worked on it. Won’t be coming back there for anything.
Crap service..looked at the tire for 2 seconds and didn't even tell his co worker the problem and buddy just told me he can't fix it...clown move of you ask me..next time I won't be to nice..go elsewhere for your bike parts . DONT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE
Great place don't get me wrong but maybe have more then one crap quality tube. All good though I will just buy them from schwable since they have good quality.
They have bmx parts not many shops around with bmx stuff on the shelves
My family and I have visited B &P many times over the years. Most recently, Tyler helped us out. Even though my son wasn’t purchasing the top model of skates, Tyler treated us like we were. He was extremely thorough and made sure we were well taken care of. We will definitely come back next time we need any sports equipment.
