The service at the shop was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They offered me great advice and helped me choose the perfect bike. From my personal experience, this place is truly amazing. Highly recommended!♥️
WORST customer service in Calgary. If you don't have a $5000 bike DON'T go there. Spent $188 on a regular service and they couldn't even put air in the tires.
Their customer service is kinda mid honestly, which isn't great when it's your first time there and you don't know the process or what's going on- a little acknowledgement would be rad. However maybe I caught them on a grumpy day, and I don't need em to be friendly I need em to fix my bike. which they did! And like within an hour and a half which is awesome so I'll probably go again if I need service on my bike.
