We purchased 4 upholstered bar stools from a big box store 2 years ago and after about 1 year or so, the foam padding began to break up. The chairs became very soft and uncomfortable to sit on. B&O redid the seat cushion underlay in 2025, strapping, & foam at a reasonable price. The chairs are actually way better than new now and you are able sit on the chairs with much comfort for extended periods. I highly recommend B&O upholstery. Our leather furniture was in good condition but seating was becoming too soft. Sectional sofa and armchair have been refurbished by this company with new foam and we are extremely pleased with the outcome. Service from beginning to end was excellent. Highly recommend!
