-5 ***** The worst customer service and convenience store I have ever ever entered. I went to exchange a item that was purchased 2 days prior. The item purchased never worked. Of course didn't get the receipt. When I explained to the lady behind the counter that the item never worked she put her hands over the new merchandise as if to pick one. So I did.
