On August 28 ordered 10 cakes for a function mid September, the week of the function I checked in with them only to find they only had 9 of my 10 cakes. I believe Joan in the office lead me to believe they would have all 10. Rick then left a message on my machine that my total for the 9 cakes was $80 plus change. Imagine my surprise when I picked them up and it was $139.55 Oh yeah he said with quite the attitude they added wrong, No apology for all the errors, just the attitude .
