I have been trying to get a hole fixed in the bathroom roof now since November 2024. It's March 2025 and we still have a hole in our bathroom roof... These people do not care about your Rental Appartment - the only care about the paycheque they receive - and ignoring all tenancy requests. I'd give 0 stars if I could...
