Terrible service. I called in regards to car title services and the man i spoke to hung up on me before i could even get clarification. I asked if there services included handling duplicate car titles. The man said no and that i had to go to PennDot (which is not entirely true. You can go to notaries and get it done. And they will ship it to you in 3-5 business days). Since this notary was the closest to me i thought they could help me.
