Joey did not return calls or emails. We had to schedule an appt. with him to actually communicate. He did not return calls or emails. We were told that he "was now on retainer" but no longer in the office. We had to scramble to find another accountant. Unprofessional and disturbing given we trusted him to handle our finances.
Butterfield was a very efficient group. I am pleased with their work. They are top notch folks. I truly appreciated their professionalism, coupled with a friendly atmosphere.
Butterfield took over for our accountant after she retired and they have done a great job. Very communicative and thorough.
