I felt very well taken care of by a knowledgeable staff (I had the opportunity to work with both Cody and Zach). The bike felt like it had been revitalized after getting its repair. I felt a little spoiled. The price was very reasonable and when I brought my son and his bike with me to pick my bike up they took the time to make a quick repair on his bike also while we were there. I recommend them to anyone.
Great staff. Knowledgeable and friendly! We have bought our bikes there multiple times and always felt that we were well taken care off.

Pros: Durability: These bikes are extremely durable. I’ve ridden mine daily from Pullman to Moscow for work—close to 1,000 miles round trip—with no flats or any noticeable wear that affects performance. Theft Protection: Protection tracking sticker gives me peace of mind when parking in public areas as it can link your account to that bike and if you report it stolen then they know what to look for.
