Service was thorough, patient and well informed.
They've always been very kind to me. Every time I go, I am treated like a lifelong neighbor. When my bike was damaged in a crash, they stored it and assessed it for me. Thanks to the documents they provided, I was able to get a new bike. They tailor their service to my every need, answer questions with patience no matter how stupid they may be, recommend good products, and every single time I've had a problem they went above and beyond to fix them. I wish every business were like B & L Bicycles.
Friendly and helpful staff who clearly explained the repair needs for my older bike. Great overall experience.
