The initial conversation with Brian, the partner, went pretty well (perhaps too good). He promised personalized attention and lots of ways to help with the taxes. I met with Brain about two years ago. After meeting it seemed he was going to advise me on my taxes and do my taxes. Once I signed up, I was push off to his team where it was very hard to talk to any one by phone, I would get long emails with demands for information and complex questions, if I did not understand I could only write emails back, it was very hard to get anyone by phone to answer my questions about there questions.
