I had wonderful experiences with Kim, she is a superb therapist. I was not as lucky when I was seeing other therapist, such as Norma. I did not get a proper tui na massage. Also, I recommend that the appointment system is updated and they offer reminder for services as other places.
For many years I have dealt with severe knots in my upper back along with neck and lower back issues. I had shoulder surgery after which the back issues were amplified significantly. This was my second visit to B in touch and it was incredible! The Wellesley space is so comfortable and relaxing. Karen was amazing at checking in with me to figure out what I needed. I felt so relaxed and am waking up today feeling so refreshed!
