I called about pricing for a babies photo session. The man on the phone was full of info on prints (not many props and to bring my own) , etc., once I asked about digital images for family around the world, his tone changed, he then insulted other photographers calling them amateur pizza delivery people, and then hung up on me. I'm left speechless. How Un professional and rude. On top of that, I have found that these "amateurs" he speaks of actually have props and are very professional on the phone.
