Called brute force to get new teeth for my firewood processor waited 2-3 weeks and no word back called bh Payne and they were at the door in 4 days…. 10/10 will deal with them whenever I can after this point

Dealt with Bobby. Gentlemen was very rude. I had never been talked to like a 3rd world citizen but leave it to Bobby. Needless to say the customer service here is way less than subpar.
