I recently stood on my wife's glasses and bent the arm. Visited BH McKeague yesterday and they repaired them in 5 minutes there and then with no charge. My wife was very happy and gave me a big hug. Thanks for your help; very nice chap who was very pleasant and helpful
Lovely, friendly atmosphere. All the staff are very helpful and they provide a professional service. They were quick to sort out the adjustments needed to comfortably fit my new glasses. Delighted!
Our family of 4 have been attending mckeagues Opticians’s for many years and can’t praise the staff enough for all their help and advice with our kids and our own eye care.
I don't normally write reviews but I feel complelled...I recently found glasses I liked in Madeira and Tom sourced these for me from the manufacturer in Italy. I then needed them urgently for a business trip and Tom had them made up for me and had them sent to me in Belfast - nothing was too much trouble and in every instance the emphasis was always "was I happy". I am, very! Great Service, thank you.
Have been going to Mckeague’s optician since I was a child. And now I am taking my own children here. Mckeague’s is a wonderful optician with the highest level of professionalism and customer care. On a recent family appointment Claire and Tom and the whole team were extremely attentive, knowledgeable and provided fantastic customer service.
