I have had this loan B & F since Mario/Jorge were managers and they were located Erie St. This new Manager Maria uff bad attitude, no customer service experience, needs management skills bc she doesn’t have it. Never will I be back to open another loan with attitudes like this nor will I tell my family or friends at the worst workplace to be- do you remember the customer is the one that brings the revenue into your business not you as a manager!!! Terrible company firstly they haven’t even updated the new address they moved to, then I had called for the pay off told me the amount and said they would hold it til Monday got there and charge 30 dollars more that was not disclosed when I called and they said that the person that said that was the manager but they say they didn’t know and she wasn’t there. Will not recommend at all.
