Purchased shades for 6 windows. Ian visited our home, answered all questions, offered suggestions for our specific layout. Hunter Douglas ordered. Blinds came in about 1 1/2 weeks. Vaughn installed professionally and even filled any holes in the wall board left by old shade removal. Excellent service. Professional.
The house we purchased had automated.Hunter Douglas blinds. We've had B&D out several times to add new blinds for us, and we've also dropped a couple of blinds at their store for repair and purchased rechargeable batteries for the blinds through them. All work is done professionally and the staff are great. And while these blinds are expensive they are great quality and the staff does everything they can to keep the price as low as possible, offering multiple options which we appreciate. Highly recommend!
Thank you so very much B&D! My 20 year-old Levolor blind needed restringing, and I could not find anyone locally, or really anywhere else for that matter, to repair it. It also is a discontinued color, so I could not just buy a direct replacement. B&D completed the restraining for a fraction of the cost of a new blind. After speaking with Ashtin (who was great!)
