We bought our window covering for the whole house 5 years ago. The service was and still is awesome. The service department is great as well.
Very dissatisfied with this organization for two reasons: First, brought my blind in for repair, they returned it to me with a series of holes from top to bottom (6 feet) clearly visible. They admitted to the damage and their method of compensation was to not charge me for the repair. The blind was rendered useless. How can I hang a blind in my house with a bunch of holes in it from top to bottom?
