Absolute scam. Encountered multitude of errors with their app they required restarting it multiple times. After traversing their incompetent app, I attempted to unlock multiple bikes and it simply refused. Their number says they are available all days on PST, but then the phone immediately goes to voicemail and says they are only Monday-Friday. Texting is no use either, it bounces you between multiple numbers and appears to just be pre-programmed if/then logic. Still actively working to get my money refunded.
I love buzzing around on these, I get monthly passes and it makes getting around downtown fun. The bikes are decent but you can’t beat the price
they'll randomly charge you for no reason. they'll even argue with you on the phone acting like it wasnt their fault. what a joke
Scam company probably committing fraud. We used their bikes once last year and they keep sneaking in charges on my friends credit card. They should be investigated and their bikes should not be allowed
Dangerous Bikes!!!! Bikes!!!! Well I’ve been doing business with Bcycle since 2023. They were purchased one year ago by Bicycle transport systems. There customer service has always been horrendous out of Philadelphia but in 2023 they had an operations manager named Bryant that really cared and gave me his personal cell to text him rather than dealing with Bcycle’s inferior customer service line.
