Scam company probably committing fraud. We used their bikes once last year and they keep sneaking in charges on my friends credit card. They should be investigated and their bikes should not be allowed
Dangerous Bikes!!!! Bikes!!!! Well I’ve been doing business with Bcycle since 2023. They were purchased one year ago by Bicycle transport systems. There customer service has always been horrendous out of Philadelphia but in 2023 they had an operations manager named Bryant that really cared and gave me his personal cell to text him rather than dealing with Bcycle’s inferior customer service line. Nice bike but outdated and unreliable technology. On a long weekend in town we had issues everyday. The first night we couldn’t find a place to return the bike as all docks at our destination were either full or not in service. So we had to go back to our starting point, return the bike and take an uber. Same issue on the second day and on the third day, we were able to get one bike out but had to walk around town to get a second bike because of an issue with the app communicating to the docks. If you plan on using this service, be aware that if your destination station is full you are completely out of luck and will have park miles away from your destination or pay $100 to leave the bike at the station. Poorly planned service with no where near the parking capacity required to have a functional bicycle rental operation.
They refunded me all of my money after one voice message. It’s easy to use, cheaper than Uber, best city integrated bike app I know of. Bike notified me it was returned then charged me $80 for use after it was used for another day then returned in error. Called the support line and left a message. Immediately was refunded.
