I would not recommend this company to anyone, and here’s why. The owner said she could get our taxes done before April 15th. It was long passed April 15th, and we didn’t hear anything from her, so we called the office, her secretary said they would get it done the next Monday. Monday passed, nothing. We called again, and they said they would get to it during the weekend. Again, we heard nothing from them…. We called again, the owner said she had filed an extension for us. If I could leave zero stars, I would. Long story short it's June 27th and we JUST got our taxes back when we dropped the off March 1st.
DO NOT GO HERE! It has been 2 months and taxes are past due, i have called 4 times. My calls have not been returned, my taxes have not been done! Never ever go here! Very unprofessional to say the least.
We came here at the recommendation of a friend. Once we delivered all necessary paperwork we never heard from them. My husband called on tax day (today) to see what was going on, as we hadn't heard anything nor signed off on paperwork. He was told they were filing for an extension...ON THE DAY these are due!
