Worked with this company in the past, because of their error, IRS held our tax refund over 9 months. I kept telling them the IRS said it was because of an error on their part. Fast forward & I change companies. My new company listed item after item they did incorrectly and had to change. Now on top of this, they miscalculated my husband’s w-2 this year thousands of dollars. On top of that, any time I contacted them, it was made clear I was an inconvenience.
