If I could give this place a -2 stars I would! My husband, my nephew and myself stopped at this location on our way home to Minnesota. We ordered and didn’t get the right food (3 burgers and fries.) We received chili cheese fries and two burgers.. everything was cold and disgusting. I wouldn’t waste my time coming to this place!
Worst service from fast food restaurant in my whole entire life. They couldn't make neither one of our hamburgers what we ordered. Took my wife's up wasn't what we ordered went back and opened mine definitely wasn't what we ordered. Offered desert I said no I want my money back and they just sat there and laughed and then when we left everybody wants to bye bye bye childish manager worthless I wouldn't have one of those people working for me. Bbops violates federal child labor laws at the Grimes location. August 24th our legislature was informed by the Department of Labor child labor laws have precedent over the new state laws sign in May. My 16 yr old will not be working full time AND going to school full time. He had to work until after 230am last night cleaning because the rest talked instead of worked. The manager has him closing and staying at work until 12:30am 3 school nights thus week and working almost 40 hrs. Effective today he is done. We'll spend our ... read more
