As the property owner, I can state unequivocally that the workers were walking on the tile roof—I personally witnessed it. It was pure luck that I happened to be building a treehouse for my son in a nearby oak tree when I noticed several (6) broken tiles and immediately called my roofer. This was in mid-December, just before the major rainstorms we had. B and B Gutters cleaned my gutters. Two men walked all over my Spanish tile roof to blow off the leaves. They broke 22 tiles which cost me $1,270 to repair. They deny all responsibility and are dishonest and lack integrity. Beware of this business who refuse to acknowledge the disaster they caused me.
Prompt, professional and courteous. Excellent and thorough cleaning of gutters and down spouts. Will continue to call on B&B for gutters and windows. Recommending to others.

Great work. I would absolutely recommend, for both quality and cost. Julian was very professional, showed up on time, and took photos of all of the gutters to verify that they were clean. He left the gutters, and job site very clean, and made sure my invoice was processed correctly with their office before he left.
