I was completely pleased with the upholstery work done on my 2 chairs.The team was professional, knowledgeable, and helped me to stay on point with my budget. Christian went above and beyond with samples to help me achieve the look I wanted. Thank you to B&B Thomas Upholstery.
I had my chair upholstered, legs stained and new cushions at B & B Thomas Upholstery! What a job well done. My husband and I were very satisfied with the craftmanship and plan on having another chair reupholstered. Christian was very attentive and quick to deliver the swatches and the finished chair prior to the scheduled finished date! We would highly recommend them!
Exceeded expectations. Great advice and service from Christian; did a beautiful job on my bar stools; and took much less time than I expected.
I am having to pay someone else to redo my cushions on my sofa. What B&B did was not what I asked. I informed them that my current back cushions sagged and I had to fluff them up constantly. They made new ones, but they are so stiff now since B&B redid them that they don't stay standing up. Otherwise, my old cushions were very comfortable. I just needed something that was a little firmer so they wouldn't slouch down. I have had several pieces of furniture re-upholstered by B&B Upholstery with the guidance of Christian. They are all beautiful. Christian helped pick out fabrics which were exactly what I had in mind, guided my choices on foam fillings and much more.
