After using B &B for many years, will never go back there. Aside from raising prices, this year they waited 12 days to file my return. Then they called and said it was rejected - suspect identity theft. I have made numerous calls to IRS, had to fill out numerous forms, and now 8 weeks later, still have no answers. If they had filed within a few days, this would not have happened. They will do nothing to help.
Not happy at all with them. They can't even get an account # right! Don't know where my refund is! Last time use them!
Make easy things complicated
Me and my wife have been using b&b for 20 years. We highly recommend them. We have never had any problems with them.
