My previous tax preparer retired so I reached out to several places. So many tax preparers are corporate giants with cookie cutter solutions. I much prefer a full time bookkeeper with years of tax experience over someone temporarily hired to fill in a computer form and hope for the best. I found what I was looking for in BB Tax. I've had my tax prep done here for several years. Nothing but professional. I'm going back again this year.
I am not sure how this person is able to stay in business!! Completely unprofessional and rude!!!! I called to make an appointment and he was SO put out because I called at an inconvenient time for him. I asked if I could call an office line to leave a voicemail or possibly send an email. His response was astonishing. I do not recommend this service to ANYONE. If I had the choice to leave ZERO STARS I would.
