I am a former client of Ms. Banks. I hired Ms. Banks in 2018 to handle a post divorce issue. After I paid her the retainer fee I felt as If I didn't exist. I felt like my calls or emails were ignored at lot of times. She was rarely available when I called the office. I felt Ms Banks was not well prepared at my hearing. I felt like my case was thrown together the day before my hearing in court. Overall, my experience with Ms.Banks was awful! Based on my experience I do not recommend Ms. Banks or BB Law
