Great experience. Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and provided thoughtful guidance to help us decide on the best product for what we wanted to do. Showroom is lovely with a very nice product selection. Highly recommend.
A member of the B&B team traveled to our second home to install carpet. The installer was professional, neat and timely with his installation. The carpet had a pattern and was aligned perfectly! Very pleased with John.
I ordered tile that came in broke and had to reorder. When the second order arrived it was too late for my contractor to use so I cancelled the order. I was charged 25% restocking fee for something that was not my fault. It took over 2 months for them to refund my 75% my money. The owner did not respond to my emails and the staff gave me the runaround for 2 months. When we were trying to coordinate our own bathroom renovation, Val Shank's help at B&B Floor Coverings was invaluable. She listened to what we wanted, made apt suggestions (bullnose edging, contrasting grout color with white tile), and had a vision for the project that helped pull the details together. We're very happy with the results.
I highly recommend B&B when it comes to remodeling your kitchen, bathroom, or entire home. They have a great selection of custom cabinets and were able to design my entire kitchen and bathroom with ease. Also, their showroom is incredible! Diverse and well organized! Ill be doing all my future business at B&B!
