I have now used B &B Blinds for two homes. William and Amy are amazing! I think the quality of their product is great. They just finished putting in cell shades in my new condo. They look great and fit perfectly. And... I would say their prices are also amazing. It is rare to find a good quality product that is also reasonably priced. In my last home, they quoted me half the price to do the entire home compared to a chain outfit in Airdrie. HORRIBLE customer service. They installed blinds in my home that had issues from a recall that was put out in 2009 - 11 years ago. They were rude and refused to come fix my blinds at first until my builder got involved (since these blinds fall under the one year warranty). When they came to fix them, they tried to "show me" instead of just fixing it themselves. They also took a crude and cheap solution to fixing the cords. They are miracle workers. Fixed my 29 yr old mini blind that is not made anymore. Also thank Blind Doctor for recommending them.
Excellent customer service, quick turn around time from order to delivery and very clean and efficient install. The prices are better than anywhere else we called and Amy, William and Doug were a pleasure to deal with. We love our blinds and have recommended them to friends and family.
