The place is probably pretty good. However the guy who waited on me was rude. I went there for my husband. Who didn't give me the model number. The guy did manage to get what I needed. I told him sorry for the trouble. His reply was. "I could have told you to go get the model number." I replied yes you could have. I don't understand that. I just apologized.
As an update 5/21/2026- I wanted a $32.00 part that they had to order....but they would not order it until I went down and paid for it. The man on the phone said "we have been burned a lot". I wanted a thermostat for a V6 Jeep..same motor in most all V6 Chrysler products. I don't think there is much rat risk here. The staff usually was always rude, but over the last 6 months or so, they have been much nicer and pleasant to deal with.
