Excellent service , work, and knowledge! Les has sold me two bikes and has serviced 4 different bikes for me for several years. Can’t say enough especially with the cost in the city for bikes and repair. He is available more often and usually gets work done same day. That is rare.
Very happy dealing with Les at B Active. He followed through on my Emmo VMO purchase, assembly and operation details. Nice fellow, honest and fair and took the time to help me get started with my new e bike experience. Highly recommend.
We've had 3 bikes serviced here and Les has done a great job on each. His prices are very reasonable and he has a strong focus on providing good customer service.
