Very good and accurate treatment. Being seen for frozen shoulder and drop foot with shrunken calf muscle. Treatment is significantly improving these conditions.

Tilly was lovely through out my whole experience. She was attentive and had provided me with reassure through out, asking me if the technique she was using was ok during my massage. Her hands worked wonders on my neck and shoulder! She was brilliant through out, the booking was easy going, even down to directions and parking. I can’t fault her on her customer service and magic hands. Thank you again Tilly 😊😊

Tilly is amazing at what she does! I see her for Jaw issues and some joint problems and seen huge improvements already! She does great treatments which can be different each time depending on what I need and she does exercise plans too for me to do things at home to help even more. Super knowledgeable, really lovely and great at what she does - Highly Recommend x

Tilly was amazing. My previous experience of sports massage was to spend the whole time in agony without much benefit after. Tilly was very knowledgeable and managed to make a huge difference as I was able to not tense up during the treatment. She is also very welcoming and kind I also experienced cupping and accupuncture, both of which have been really useful in treating a sudden back injury. I 100% recommend Tilly to anyone and look forward to being able to book a hot stones massage for total relaxation

I’ve been coming to Tilly for a few months now, predominantly for TMJ treatment but also for sports massage. She is incredible! She is attentive, makes you feel at ease straight away and is extremely knowledgeable. I’ve seen a huge improvement since receiving treatment and will never go elsewhere.
