I put 1 start because I can’t put 0. What was supposed to be a relaxing hair spa experience at Azure Spa in Gili Trawangan turned into one of the worst salon experiences I have ever had. My best friend and I chose this place based on what they advertised online, but the reality was completely different. I left feeling upset, frustrated, and honestly shocked. We had a very relaxing spa treatment. The front end staff were amazing and attentive. The specialist staff that provided the treatment were some of the best we have ever had. The treatment rooms were exceptional and beautifully designed. The overall experience was far above our expectations. We highly recommend Azure Spa to all.
So amazing. I received a massage from Grace, she was so lovely and professional! The team on shift were beautiful and made my visit so special. 10/10, highly recommend! Will definitely be booking another visit soon.
