One of the most crooked companies I’ve ever dealt with. At least whoever does their auto loans. They keep trying to tell me I don’t have enough insurance and they’re gonna purchase insurance. They don’t make it simple to verify that I do indeed have the correct insurance I’ve gone to their stupid website I’ve submitted. Round of applause and hats off to Samantha Romero. I’ve done bruises with Azura for years and I’m not sure how long she’s been around but she needs a raise. I explained to her what was going on and what I was trying to get done and she made it happen. I actually could feel relief.
