After a misunderstanding with one of the nurses in my initial filler appointment, the lead doctor, Tom, was more than happy to help and took it upon himself to solve the issue free of charge. I’m so glad I made the decision to go back. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and really took his time to make sure I was comfortable and happy with the result - which I am. The way the situation was handled genuinely meant a lot to me. I felt listened to and really well looked after. Would definitely recommend 💗
I went today for lip fillers at Azthetics with Dr. Tom, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience. After years of going to two other practitioners who left my lips overfilled, looking uneven and unnatural, I had to dissolve everything and start over. After having two bad experiences with previous aestheticians I was so worried about this one but this was THE BEST appointment I could ever ask for! The second we came in staff at reception were so lovely and my consultation with Dr Aziz was amazing. He didn’t rush me, we covered every worry of mine, what results I was after, explained everything he was going to do, what he was using the technique etc and he genuinely cared! This was the best experience I’ve had and I am so happy with the results! I cannot wait to be back!
Dr Tom is very personable and very approachable. Makes you feel very relaxed and I highly recommend his injectables.
