Always had a positive experience here at Aztec had a lovely lady do a full arm and leg wax on me last night (kavita) she was super kind and constantly checked in with me throughout my service, I was quite happy to just have someone else wax my arms and legs for me and wasn’t too fussed on how it turned out as I struggle with ingrown hairs but kavita was a perfectionist and wanted to give me the best possible result, felt very cared for xx
Today I had my second treatment with Katrina. The first, an eyebrow wax and tint, was fantastic and I was so pleased with how they turned out. Today I had a lactic peel facial which was wonderful. I am amazed at how fresh and soft my skin feels and looks. I feel so lucky to have had Katrina do my treatments - she is friendly, personable and professional. I will be coming back for more treatments booking in with lovely Katrina of course!

I went in for a Brazilian wax yesterday and unfortunately had a painful experience. During the wax, a chunk of skin in my bikini area was lifted off. This has never happened to me before with waxing. The staff member was very kind, and I didn’t react at the time because I wanted her to be able to finish the service. However, afterwards I realised that the injury was actually quite large with skin lifted off. Its painful too. I purchased three vouchers totalling $370 for long spa treatments (over 2 hours). I attempted multiple times to book appointments; however, availability never aligned with my schedule due to the length of the services. When COVID occurred, the vouchers expired but were extended by six months, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, during the extended period I was pregnant and unable to safely use the spa and massage packages the vouchers were for.
