Aztec Blinds came to repair the mechanism on a wooden horizontal blind. From the ease of scheduling to the professional and expert work by Oscar, I am happy with the work!
It’s disappointing to spend so much on “professional” installation only to have brand new blinds fall out with a light touch. The screws used were barely half an inch long — no wonder they pulled right out. One even fell while my godson was nearby, which is completely unacceptable. I reported the issue immediately, but instead of taking accountability, I was told they were behind on other jobs and their only installer was on PTO.
