One of the worst customer service! Texted to Zinaida, she gave me the phone number and called a few times with no answer, after she texted on facebook she was busy and she will return the call, but that never happened and when I asked if she have CPA license she never responded back. Probably they does’t have the license, but I’m not sure. What I can confirm, for the customer service they deserve 0 stars!

Zinaida is a very responsive person who helps in any matter, also her company is engaged in notary translations helps to close annual fees and various many other issues I would recommend her to all of you, 5 star
