My mom has aphasia which means she can’t communicate good. They ignored her as much as they could And called her disability a bad behavior.one nurse with super short hair took my moms soft blanket which she got from her therapist and kept it taking much joy from my mom when she got released.
I spent two weeks here for physical therapy. Never in my life have I seen a more horribly ran buisness! I feel for those that had to continue their lives there. The staff are poorly trained, the food is terrible, the entire building needs renovation. Please note there many good employees there, absolutely! I pray anyone seeking help for a loved one- DO NOT consider this facility!
