As a person who has worked in health care I just want to say that this nursing home is more like a Death Home!!! So many things going on and not going on in the Woodbine, Iowa Azria Health Rose Vista! One of the major things is they do NOT check on their residents for hours. One resident was on the floor for TWO HOURS before they came to check on him! TWO HOURS!!! There are aides who enter residents rooms spewing filthy language at the residents. Theft is a big one!
