Amazing staff and AMAZING residents! The facility is clean and they always seem to be doing something! The quality of care the facility brings to their residents is impeccable.
Therapy is the absolute worst. They refused to update and communicate with family or call back. They lie about plans, therapy times, and intentions and overall goals for residents. Overall the facility is dirty and also does not communicate with families despite numerous requests. They also do not reliably answer the phone. I cannot tell you how many time I have called and no one ever answers! Their administrator Jeff does nothing to assist with residents or help with family concerns.
