Azi was the 4th dietician I have seen. The other 3 told me how great I was doing and to keep it up. Meanwhile, my A1C continued to go up and up. AzI told me all the things that I was doing wrong, despite eating very healthy. After several years of seeing worsening A1C levels, it dropped from 7.5 to 7.0 in only 3 weeks after changing how and when I eat. Now, 3 months later, my A1C is down to 6.0! Amazing. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
