Azel is so kind is really great at what he does. His office is super clean and welcoming. I was late to my appointment and he was still kind enough to see me. Even though he had a room full of clients waiting to be serviced I did not feel rushed or like I was being a burden by asking questions. We had an amazing experience with my Botox treatment with Azel! He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. The results are exactly what we was hoping for—natural, refreshed, and subtle. Azel took the time to explain everything and made sure all our questions were answered. We've officially found my go-to spot for Botox and couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend him to anyone considering treatment!
AZEL and Shasha left such a strong impression on me! Their service was next-level, and I love when customer care feels this genuine. They were so transparent, took the time to really engage with me, and even shared personal stories about their family, which made everything feel so much more welcoming. You can tell they truly care, not just about helping customers but about connecting with people. Huge shoutout to them for making the experience so memorable I’ll definitely be coming back because of them!
Overall a great experience at this location. The facility is well kept, and I had a good interaction with the provider. They also provided 2 free skincare products which was very generous! I only took away a star because I was a charged a mysterious "tax" on the Dysport Groupon. There was no indication on the fine print that the service would be subject to "tax" after its already been purchased. My mother also went to the Maspeth location and was charged a mysterious $10 "service fee" (which to my translation may be a tip). ... read more
I had a great experience! Azel was so gentle and enjoyable to talk to! He was more thorough than providers I’ve had in the past. I’m new to the area and he offered a bit of advice for the career I’m wanting to get into! All around a great place! Highly recommend! Left with a goodie bag and some useful information!
