Customer service was outstanding. They went above and beyond to help us.
We were given a van that felt like it was going to fall apart, it shook when you used the brakes and didn’t steer well. We requested a new vehicle and it was just as bad, almost 200,000km on it and drove terribly. Both of the vehicles should be deemed unsafe to drive, I can’t imagine that a rental company would even consider renting them out.
