Azalea Commons used to be a wonderful place. Since the staff change took place in late 2024, things went downhill. My Mother was not getting her meds as needed. We found about 3 weeks worth of her meds in her purse on March 1. Fast forward to March 23. She had fallen in the bathroom and I got a call saying she was fine, but had fallen. March 24, 2025, I received a call she was being sent to Panola Med Center for x-rays. I came to visit her around 4 that day. She had clearly experienced a stroke, and no one had noticed.
