Super helpful and highly skilled staff. Lots of excellent, high quality products.
Saw the pictures & website & thought this place would have an amazing selection. Stopped by looking for a straw cowboy hat & they had exactly *one* to offer in my very common size. Extremely disappointed.
Absolutely love this store! The two ladies that run it are very helpful, they make custom hats. I purchased a custom hat from them and am 100% satisfied. I asked for a One-Handed crown, and it's exactly what I got. Quality takes time, so don't expect it the next day, but I'll tell you the wait was very worth it! Mine took about 7 weeks to complete. I will be having my next one made by them as well.
