Classic 40 year old shop in downtown Scottsdale. The manager was pleasant and direct in helping me find just the right hat. She patiently went through six hats with before I found my favorite. Her wealth of hat knowledge (40 yrs) was invaluable to me. She was just as helpful helping my wife pick out a favorite. Please discount any hateful reviews, it’s just a generational thing. If you need an excellent hat- drover, cowboy, Kentucky Derby, party or whatever, you owe it to yourself to come here first. We will.
