Would give 0 stars if I could. I paid upfront in January for a package deal which included 6 service sessions (at minimum). While I paid the entire amount, I only received half the amount of sessions I was guaranteed. I was suddenly canceled from my future appointment with no notice nor explanation. Several days passed before I reached out to follow up as to why I had been canceled. I booked for laser with AZSpa two days ago without even knowing what it was just because Layla she is such a sweetheart and a amazing sales person convincing me so nicely with her sweet voice and patience answering my queries with so much honesty I would definitely recommend the spa to my family and friends can’t wait to have a great experience really appreciate it
