Would give 0 stars if I could. I paid upfront in January for a package deal which included 6 service sessions (at minimum). While I paid the entire amount, I only received half the amount of sessions I was guaranteed. I was suddenly canceled from my future appointment with no notice nor explanation. Several days passed before I reached out to follow up as to why I had been canceled.
