This shop has been in town for as long as I can remember. I was told the current work load was about 2 weeks. After only 1 week they got it done. Cost was fair I thought. When I pick up my generator I asked the gentleman what they actually did. His exact word was "I don't know what the other guy did, I am the chainsaw guy." Then he said, I can't see the notes because I am pass that part of the screen on the computer. I did hear it running and the other guy doing bench test. While you might not be blown away by the warm and fuzzy greeting when you go into the shop, that’s not what I personally go there for. I have three Stihl chainsaws and some other small stuff and when they need fixing I take it to Brad. In my humble opinion he knows his stuff. When he has time he looks at a problem child saw right on the spot to see if it just needs a quick tweaking.
