I called yesterday regarding repair and parts for a DR Trimmer. The guy who answered must have had a bad night. He said they service them but dont sell them. I said I needed a part and he said, I can order the part, it will take a few weeks. I asked how much and he said I dont have time for you. He asked for my number and said he would call back. If you're going to write a bad review at least be completely honest. When you called we were swamped with people in the store. I apologize for being short over the phone but this is not a business with much spare time for polite & leisurely conversation. I did take your information. Worst customer service EVER. Had my mower for 6 weeks, for a simple diagnosis. The owner was extremely rude, and hung up on the phone with me. The confrontational owner was SO bad when I arrived to pick up my mower, I called the Police. This person is a ticking time bomb. Do NOT COME HERE!!!! Worst business I have ever dealt with in my life!!!! Read the reviews for yourself, there is a long history of awful customer service.

Horrible customer service from the manager. He's rude and walks away from you and says "We're done." when all your asking him is for a part number. If you want to get talked down to and have someone walk away right in the middle of you asking them questions, then this is the place. If you don't want that, I recommend going somewhere else. Even driving to Prescott or Cottonwood is worth it.
The worst customer service i had. Wish we could go somewhere else for better service. Seems like he don't like to deal with native americans.
