While you might not be blown away by the warm and fuzzy greeting when you go into the shop, that’s not what I personally go there for. I have three Stihl chainsaws and some other small stuff and when they need fixing I take it to Brad. In my humble opinion he knows his stuff. When he has time he looks at a problem child saw right on the spot to see if it just needs a quick tweaking.
