I met up with Don to do my mother in laws final tax preparation. He was a nice guy however I am not pleased with the experience I had. I had to keep reminding him and following up with him after I didn't receive papers that needed to be signed. I want to say that was in February or March of 2025. Weeks went by, then months and I kept having to find out why the refund was not received and the taxes were not officially filed until September of 2025.
