I highly recommend Angela at Az Essential Hypnosis Spa. She is a great asset in the treatment of addiction and is extremely knowledgeable. Angela uses a holistic approach and teaches the importance of diet. She offers a diet program called The Hypnotic Diet which is life changing. My hypnosis experience with Angela was relaxing. I was surprised how my back pain disappeared after a simple hypnosis exercise. The session was not what I expected. It was very educational and beneficial. I felt refreshed and relieved. My head ache pain was relieved an hour afterward. I really enjoyed my session.

To say the experience was enlightening doesn't even begin to describe it. I had been struggling with overwhelming stress and anxiety.
