I get that it is all pre-owned furniture but it clearly stated on offer-up that there were NO, NONE, ZERO rips or stains. When it came it was delivered past 8pm when arrival said 6-7. Upon delivering money was asked for and they left before there was any time to inspect the couch. There were two massive tears behind the couch cushions exposing the whole inner workings of the couch and there are stains on nearly every cushion. I get it local business trying to make a name but this is not the way to do it.

Very reasonable prices compared to retail! Tyler is a wonderful host and owner. Owner was also discrete in telling us if item is pre-owned or new. Free delivery also! Thank you. :)

AZ Couch Depot is hands down the best place to get quality furniture! Frank was absolutely amazing—knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect couch, answering all my questions and making the experience seamless. Unfortunately bought a thomasville modular sectional. It was listed as only 60 days old.. Did not mention any missing parts and said it was in amazing condition. After delivery i read through the manual and realized parts were missing. I sent a message that night asking about it and one the following day requesting to return and it for a refund due to missing parts.
