My wife and I purchased a couch advertised as new from AZ Couch Depot in August 2025. We were very unimpressed by their facilities and used inventory, most of which had stains and a noticeable odor. Completely turned off by their used inventory their sales rep Josh Gliniak showed us a couch that was advertised as BRAND NEW, carrying a decent price tag.
