Empresa péssima, atendimento péssimo, aluguei e paguei o carro em abril porem nao entregaram o carro, tive que alugar um carro correndo meia noite com 3 crianças, paguei 4x o valor e eles não me reembolsaram nao devolveram o dinheiro e nao sao claros. Sao uma fraude.

Another victim of this company here. Complete scam. Rented car for 6 days for $207 through Travelocity. Great price?! Final bill is $530 charged to card. Charged for "not having enough insurance". We didn't take their policy out, used our own, GEICO. No mention that we would be charged for "not having enough insurance". Talked to manager and he was zero help. If you use this company plan and more than double what they quote. Will be following up with Travelocity and then disputing on credit card

One star because I can't give it less. This 'office' is off the airport and in a remote area of an industrial park kind of place. Once there, you don't have many options. I was told they would not rent to me because my insurance didn't meet their requirements even though I have max coverage with Progressive. He said some max limit was too low. So here I was stuck, either having to take the shuttle back to the airport to locate a car, or purchase their ridiculously high price daily insurance, $44.99 a day. I felt scammed with... read more

Worst company ever! If they say, that is a 24 hour service it’s a lie! We had to pay a Lyft to get here, and because I made it clear to the person that was in the front door, which he was a male, and he was very misogynistic! He stated that we were called Numerous times last night, which was a lie. He was upset because I was upset we had to wast a day because they were close! Péssima. Cobram taxas q dizem já estar incluídas, serviço péssimo para retirada.. enfim, não recomendo. 194 usd de taxas!
