We feel extremely deceived by this company. 1. Unlike every other rental company, AZ Rental Cars does not have any presence at the Fort Lauderdale Airport Rental Car Center. In their email they simply mention a shuttle, but never say where to find it. 2. I tried calling the phone number listed on Google, since the website they provided does not even work. Nobody ever answered. 3. On WhatsApp, the “support” is only through a bot named Zara. After answering two questions, the chat froze the moment I mentioned Fort Lauderdale. ... read more
I have only given them one star because I can’t give zero. Firstly we booked a car from Orlando airport only to be told by someone via WhatsApp that we would need to catch a shuttle bus to their offices. Which allegedly runs every 30 minutes. I disputed this as we had booked a car at the airport but got zero help. Due to electrical storms in Orlando our flight from London had to divert to Jacksonville and was delayed there. Very bad experience. After more than three weeks, I still haven’t received my security deposit back. They also deducted extra charges from my account without any clear reason. This is dishonest and unprofessional. I do not recommend dealing with this company.
